Ministry Objective and Overview
Ministry Objective/Overview My Vision for every believer: To equip and motivate those who have become followers of Jesus to have more than a life changing experience, to become people who have a life that changes and matures day by day, so that they can take their unique place in what Jesus is doing on the earth today.
My ministry calling: To empower churches, groups of believers, and individual believers to fulfill God's heart in the earth today according to Ephesians 4:11 -13.
"It is my desire to see God mend, equip, train, mentor and release people into cutting edge Spirit led ministry that flows from God's heart."
Defining Qualities and Objectives
1. Servant Leadership: Mature and creative, team builder, relational motivator who believes in equipping and releasing people into their calling.
2. Worship and prayer: I not only want to encourage others to come into the presence of God in public and in private, but I love to worship and pray on my own.
3. Proclamation of God's Word: Passionate teacher of God's Word so that it can be useful in every day living!
4. Communications: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
5. Relational and team building mindset: Strong ability to quickly establish rapport with a diverse range of personalities and cultures.
6. Creative Biblical Ministry to meet changing the needs of people as directed by the Spirit: I have created and developed a number of ministry training, leadership, small group, and discipleship and outreach programs in local churches while serving as a pastor, associate pastor and Bible college instructor.
7 . Administrator: Implementing the Vision of God by equipping and releasing His people to accomplish the work of God through their unique Gifts. Organizational and management excellence that meets peoples needs while accomplishing the vision effectively.
WHEN A RESUME IS NOT ENOUGH
Resumes are helpful when people want to know about someone's professional and educational accomplishments, but they fall short of the mark when you want to know the person behind the achievements.

I Believe
In a passionate pursuit of knowing, experiencing and enjoying God and in bringing others along on the adventure;
In equipping, mending, nurturing, building up, challenging, releasing, mentoring, inspiring, motivating and encouraging the people around me;
In servant leaders who will be responsible and accountable to the team they are a part of;
In the unfolding, creative, and fresh work of God for every group of people;
In dreaming and praying big while being faithful with those who are around you;
In allowing, encouraging and supporting others to follow the calling and dreams in their life;
In working hard to do my part and allowing God to do His;
In the wonder of God's endless, creative and unique style of accomplishing His will among people;
In one day hearing Him say, well done you who has been a good and faithful servant.
God wants to do new things to reach this generation.

The Equippers Network exists to help you fulfill God's calling and to minister the revolutionary life of Jesus today.
George Barna states in Growing True Disciples; "We need to be igniting and nurturing people’s passion for God and get out of their way.” Those with a unique Vision, those who are called by God need continuous mentoring and training if they are to be sent forth as radical, healthy people of the Spirit who are focused on accomplishing what Jesus has called them to at all cost.

God the Great Creator has given us the His unique ability to create and cast vision to create ministry. These Creative Visions for Ministries flow from His calling in the believer’s life and all that he has created us to uniquely be by His grace and power working in us.
